Please allow 2-10 business days for orders to process. This does not include weekends or federal holidays or preorders.


US ORDERS: Delivery times can take 2-5 business days on a usual basis. More than a week does happen on rare occasions. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Delivery times can take 14-30 business days.


Production time for pre-orders take anywhere from 3-5 weeks for sticker production and 3-8 weeks for everything else. There may be specialty items that take longer, which will be listed in the description.
Delays with manufacturers do happen sometimes so please check @sxucee Instagram for more updates. We do not make our products in-house.


We are not responsible for any other fees such as duties, taxes, and custom fees. This includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for European Union orders. Any such fees is the responsibility of the buyers. Please check with your post office to see if this applies to you before ordering. If you refuse a package due to not paying these fees when applicable, you will be expected to pay for shipping again once the rejected package is back in my hands. There are no refunds so please make sure to pay any fees.


All sales are final. You may not cancel or change the items of your order once they have been finalized and confirmed. 
Please make sure to triple check your order before finalizing it. 
It is very important that you ensure your name and address is correct so that your order gets to the right address. 


In cases where you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent, otherwise a refund will be sent once the item is returned (case-by-case basis). If the product arrives defective due to the shipment being mishandled and the order includes insurance, we will open a case with the shipping company then sort it from there. Air under the transfer tape is normal and can be flattened and pressed out. It will not affect the vinyl sticker in any way. Wet stickers and creased are the same way. However, if any issues persist when applying please email me. We do require pictures of the damage and may ask you to return the item to us, so please DO NOT discard the item(s) unless instructed to do so.

Incorrect or incomplete address:

Sometime these orders will come back to me, if they do you must repay the shipping cost. In the circumstances where they do not return to us, we will not be able to replace your order. It is very important to double or triple check your address. Most designs will restock since they aren’t limited runs. Please understand that we are a small business, so we are unable replace orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not responsible for addresses with gate or door codes. Your postal carrier is unable to see any notes you include with your order (ie. gate code is 1234). Please communicate directly with your USPS postal carrier regarding gate or door codes that are needed in order to get access your location.

Stolen or misdelivered orders:
If your package gets misdelivered by the postal service or gets stolen, we are unable to refund you. File an online request a USPS to begin a search for the missing item and to get the local post office involved. If after 7 days the package is not found, the next step is to submit a Missing Mail Search Request. Please email us if this happens so that we can also file a case on our end.

Order notes (the box that appears before checkout) should NOT include any important information regarding your order. However, feel free to send us cute notes. Please email me instead if you need us to accommodate your order.
